What's For Dinner

Bacon Wrapped Center Cut Thick Pork Chops and Cheesy baked pasta with Vegetables

This was a delicious dinner. The bacon around these pork chops was the perfect touch!

First soak your center cut pork chops in a gallon ziplock bag with 1 cup Italian Dressing for a few hours (Newman's is the brand of Italian dressing I used). Heat your grill while you are preparing your meat. I used a gas grill and set it to 350 degrees.

My pork chops were butterflied, so I cut them in half because they were huge!

Rub kosher salt and black pepper on the front and back of your chops.

Wrap each pork chop with one slice of bacon and push a tooth pick or skewer into the pork chop to hold the bacon around the chop.

Place your chops on the grill for about 13 minutes on one side.

Turning once grill chops on the other side for 12 minutes or until juices run clear. A total time of 25 minutes. Let pork chops rest for 3-5 minutes and serve.

The cheesy baked pasta with vegetables was my side dish. If you would like the recipe click on the link below:

Enjoy!
